This clause does not eliminate mandatory customer remedies.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent legally permissible.

Any invalid provision will be treated in accordance with applicable law rather than interpreted to remove mandatory consumer protections.

24. Consumer Dispute Resolution

Where German consumer dispute-resolution information obligations apply, the required information will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

German VSBG §36 requires certain traders maintaining a website or using terms and conditions to state whether they are willing or obligated to participate in proceedings before a consumer conciliation body; businesses with ten or fewer employees at the relevant statutory reference date have an exemption from part of that obligation. Because you have not supplied employee-count or participation information, no false participation commitment has been inserted here.

The former EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform is not listed in these Terms because it was discontinued on July 20, 2025.
